Accessibility Website Statement
Designed to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, ensuring our website remains open, equitable, and fully functional for all users.
Statement prepared: July 1, 2026. Last reviewed: July 1, 2026.
Our commitment
Accessibility is not a checkbox for us. It is one of our core services. We build accessible websites for medical clinics, city governments, and small businesses, and we hold our own website to the same standard we deliver to clients. Everyone should be able to use this site, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse.
Conformance target
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are the same guidelines referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II rule for state and local government websites, and the standard we apply in our client accessibility work.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading order on every page
- Full keyboard navigation, including visible focus indicators
- Color contrast tested against WCAG AA ratios across our brand palette
- Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
- Labeled form fields with clear error messages
- Text that scales to 200 percent without loss of content or function
- No content that flashes or auto-plays with sound
- Screen reader testing on key pages and conversion paths
How we keep it that way
Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We run automated scans with axe-core on every site release and perform manual keyboard and screen reader checks on new pages before they go live. This statement is reviewed at least once a year.
Known limitations
Some third-party content embedded on this site, such as video players or scheduling tools, may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Where we find gaps, we work with the vendor or provide an accessible alternative. If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site, we want to know.
