• What's the minimum for a website?

  Website design starts at $1,300 — our firm minimum — which covers a basic 5-page site: custom design, mobile-first build, SEO foundation, security hardening, and 30 days of post-launch support. Larger or more complex sites are scoped and quoted after a short discovery call.

• Do I pay for Microsoft 365 and antivirus separately?

  Yes, and I make it simple. Software like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and antivirus carries a license cost, and I resell and manage those licenses for you, so it is one relationship instead of several. You pay the license cost plus my management fee, billed together through me. You are never surprised by a separate vendor bill, and everything stays configured, secured, and supported.

• Are backups and SSL really free?

  Yes, when I host your site. Nightly backups and SSL certificates are complimentary for any website on my Ultra Fast Hosting Platform, included in your care plan at no extra cost. If your site is hosted elsewhere, I can still manage it, but those perks come with hosting on my platform.

• Do you only build websites, or do you manage everything?

  Both. Most clients start with a website project, then move onto a flat-rate care plan that covers hosting, email, security, updates, and Microsoft 365, so it all sits with one partner instead of three vendors.

• Do you support HIPAA-regulated practices?

  Yes. I build HIPAA-conscious setups for clinics, including secure email, MFA, encryption, and access controls, with a signed BAA when required. I’ve delivered technology for primary care, behavioral health, and telepsychiatry practices.

• Who actually does the work?

  You do. You work directly with me, Humphrey Mwangi, on every engagement. Not a rotating help desk, not a junior account manager. The person who plans your technology is the person who does the work.

• Do you sign a service agreement?

  Yes. Every care plan comes with a written agreement that defines exactly what’s covered, what’s included each month, and how to reach me. You get clear scope and one accountable point of contact in writing, not a vague promise. As the business grows, formal response-time guarantees will be part of the higher tiers.

• How fast can we start?

  After a short discovery call I’ll send a clear scope and price, usually within a day or two. Once approved, most sites launch in a few weeks depending on content readiness.
